Privacy policy: how we handle your data.
We collect no more than we need. This page explains what is processed, why, for how long, and the rights you have.

When you contact us
If you get in touch by email or phone, we process what you tell us yourself: your name, contact details, company and your inquiry. We use it to reply and, if you wish, to prepare a quote.
Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering inquiries, or steps you have asked for before entering a contract.
When you visit the website
This site has no user accounts, no forms and no analytics. Our web host Simply.com may keep technical server logs, such as IP address, time, requested page and browser type, so the site works and stays secure. We do not use these logs to identify or follow visitors.
Legal basis: legitimate interest in operation and security.
Embedded films, maps and music
Films from YouTube and Vimeo, the Google Maps map and the Spotify player only load if you allow them, in the cookie box or by clicking a single film. The service then receives your IP address, among other things, and may set its own cookies and process data outside the EU/EEA under its own terms. You can change your choice at any time on our cookies page.
Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
How long we keep data
Inquiries that do not lead to an assignment are deleted once the matter is closed. If you become a client, we keep what the assignment needs, and contracts and invoices for as long as Swedish bookkeeping law requires.
Who receives data
Our web hosting and email providers process data on our behalf. We never sell data, and only disclose it when the law requires us to.
What we don't do
We do not profile you, track you for advertising, or use analytics tools.
Your rights under the GDPR
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, have errors corrected, have data deleted or restricted, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and receive data you have provided in a machine-readable format. Contact info@synasmedia.se. You may also lodge a complaint with IMY, the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, at imy.se.
